Product Details

1. X, Y, Z axis travel: 1500x800x700mm

2. The spindle rotation method is belt drive, with a maximum speed of 6000 RPM (ring spray).

3. The standard configuration of the tool magazine is a disc-type magazine with 24 tools, meeting customer needs.

4. The head assembly is a heavy-duty box structure, reinforced with internal ribs for high rigidity.

5. The spindle cutting method uses a pneumatic mechanism, ensuring even force on the spindle during cutting, extending bearing life.

6. The electrical cabinet adopts an internal isolation design, separating the heat source of the controller, using a heat exchanger for cooling at the front to prevent external dust from entering the electrical cabinet; the rear side uses a fan for cooling the heat plate.

7. The three axes use high-precision quenched screws, combined with precision nut preloading and tail-end pre-tensioning devices, ensuring that the machine's backlash and thermal deformation remain low over time.

8. X, Y, Z axes (X/Y axis RGH55, 6 sliders; Y axis 4 guide rails, Z axis hard rail) have high rigidity and low noise, allowing for rapid displacement and achieving optimal cycle accuracy.

9. All finished products undergo laser positioning correction and circular testing to ensure optimal positioning accuracy and servo characteristics, and the machine undergoes strict inspection measures before shipment to ensure long-term stability of various accuracies.

Servo Spindle Motor + Oil-Gas Lubrication Collection Tank

This structure is thecutting power unit of the CNC machining center: The servo spindle motor outputs cutting power, the white oil collection tank is responsible for lubrication fluid recovery and protection, and the heavy cast iron saddle ensures high-speed rigidity during heavy cutting, working with the M80 CNC system to complete all machining processes including milling, drilling, boring, and tapping.
