Guangzhou CNC (GSK) System
Equipped with the Guangzhou CNC GSK 980 series lathe system, which is the mainstream configuration for economical CNC lathes in China. This type of system supports turning fixed cycles, macro programs, threading, and other lathe-specific functions. The left side features a color display screen for displaying coordinates, programs, tool compensation, alarms, and other key information; the right side has an alphanumeric/function keyboard for inputting G-code, setting parameters, and switching interfaces. It includes an emergency stop button (red mushroom head), power key switch, cycle start/feed hold button, and control keys for feed rate, spindle rate adjustment, etc., for direct control of machine actions.
The external handwheel (hand-cranked pulse generator) on the right allows for manual fine-tuning, facilitating tool setting and program debugging. The window with a red border below is for program/tool drawing observation or USB interface reservation area, making data import and export convenient.

Three-jaw Hydraulic Chuck
This is a three-jaw hollow hydraulic chuck, which is a mainstream configuration in the industry. The three jaws of the chuck move synchronously, allowing for automatic centering and clamping of workpieces, suitable for clamping bar materials and disc parts. Stable clamping force: The hydraulic-driven clamping force can be adjusted through the system, adapting to different materials and sizes of workpieces, avoiding deformation or falling off. High centering accuracy: The coaxiality error of repeated clamping is small, ensuring the roundness and coaxiality requirements of the workpiece. Supports hollow passage: Can be paired with a feeder for fully automatic feeding of bar materials, suitable for batch part processing.
